Service personnel were prompt, professional and very knowledgeable. They explained the work to be done and gave updates on progress until the work was done. I was very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of the two installers.
I've hired Nextgen plumbing four times since moving to Port St. Lucie last year. They are excellent. Always polite, responsive and timely. You won't be disappointed.
Beware. As part of major remodel they did not angle it right or add an access outside. We have odors now all the time. He installed a bidet 5 plus inches off center and claimed he could do an offset. But you cannot correct 5 inches on a bidet. He knows it and just lied to get out of remedy. They also said they would fix a very small miss after failed final inspection then sent us a bill.
