My latest experience with Nextgen plumbing, heating & cooling was absolutely great. They showed up on time and explained the process. We added a cast iron radiator to our Breezeway room, by adding it to our existing heating system. I would also like to thank Nextgen's office Manager Lauren for all her help with assisting with this installation. I look forward to working with Nextgen again.

With my first job with NextGen, I had no issues recommending them. But recently, they charged an astronomical price to change the capacitor. Lauren was very nice and listened to my concerns, but there have been no results so far. I’ll update if NextGen gets back to me and agrees on a fair market price. Update - Lauren promptly contacted me back and adjusted the pricing to a more reasonable amount. I appreciate their responsiveness and willingness to resolve the issue. Thanks

Paul and Kevin replaced my garbage disposal. They showed up on time, were very professional, and completed the job in about an hour. A very hassle-free experience and I would definitely recommend!
