If you're looking for a a physical therapy facility where you'll be treated with compassion and receive top-notch care, NextGen is the place to go. 3 years ago I got a big tear in my rotator cuff, big enough that three surgeons suggested surgery. A good friend referred me to Javi as the best PT in Miami. after looking at my MRI report, Javi told me, we can fix this in 4 months with PT without surgery. I gave it a try and he worked his magic. His expertise and attention to detail is incredible. He saved me from surgery and I have never had an issue in that shoulder since.
Be sure that you verify with them that they're within your insurance network because they will fail to advise you. They overcharged me due to the fact that they did not advise me that they were out of network. It's a shame too because their therapists really are great but it sucks that they're finacially taking advantage of their patients.
I can't recommend Next-Gen enough! It's run by a brother and sister duo and feels like a big family. The team is small but incredibly passionate and knowledgeable — you can tell they really care. Every visit is like catching up with friends who just happen to be experts in physical therapy. If you're looking for a place that's friendly and professional, this is it!
