They have great attention to detail and the staff we worked with including Jennifer, Rob and Steven were amazing. Randy was short, and confrontational, with me. He would answer some questions but when I wanted specifics like asking for a contract to review in writing, prior to committing a rental, his reply was “it’s in cue and I cannot give this to you at this second”. I said it’s not needed today, what about in the next few business days? Then all the sudden the golf simulator I inquired about, with specific dates, is not available based on their inventory.
