Professional and thorough. The office was clean but felt a bit impersonal/sterile; I wish it had more of a warm touch (e.g., nice paintings on the walls for patients to look at while receiving treatment or soft ambient music in the background).
I had such a great experience with Dr. Solomon and her team! From the moment I walked in, everyone made me feel completely welcomed and at ease. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful — and they managed to get me in just two days after I first called! Dr. Solomon has amazing chairside manners. Dr. Solomon is honest, experienced and very professional. She is calm with gentle hands. It was my first visit and I feel relaxed in a dentist chair! Her staff, dental assistant and front desk receptionist all are very knowledgeable and helpful. The cost is fair and reasonable. It didn’t take long for me to know I am in good hands.
I recently had my first visit with NextGen and can’t say enough good things about them — incredibly professional, personable, caring staff who made me feel at ease at every interaction. Side note: Parking was readily available
