I took my 2015 to Next gen to have the A/C repaired which they did a great job at, $211.00. but my bill was over 800. Because a part was broken in the process, I understand things happen, no big deal, Jarrod called the parts place 100' from them, $124. No biggy, but they charged me 200 for the part and over 3 hours labor on a 30 min job.
I’ve been taking all my cars to these guys for the last four years. They always go above and beyond expectation. I will not take my vehicles to anybody else. Thanks again!
Greeted extremely rude the lady took my title for my truck before even asking me what I was there for and she said k you have a title here for a ranger for Michael? I said yea it's my truck I spoke with Ray about trading it in or selling it. Are you who I should be speaking with. She said yea what do you want. I said I was interested in trading for your ford focus she said ITS SOLD AND Couldn't HER ME OUT OF THE DOOR Quick ENOUGH. rude un welcoming bad service 😔
