Not a man of his word. Be careful, put EVERYTHING in writing that he says. Did NOT do what he said and it ended up costing ME an additional $2400 for my car to be fixed. (that he said he would do) , also the car I traded in... "oh my mom would love this car" is now on his lot for sale. I could have sold it myself for more money but was sensitive to his comment for his mom instead. No referrals from me.
