Formerly known as TOUCH MD would NOT RECOMMEND this company to anyone. Absolutely horrible customer service. I was using TOCUH MD paying monthly and was so unsatisfied with their product I offered to pay an early termination. After denying my request they turned me into collections. RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! We now use BOULEVARD and it’s an ethical platform system that delivers amazing customer service! DO NOT USE TOUCH MD BY NEXTECH!!!!!
Great company to work with. I see some of the reviews posted are not for this Nextech. They supply traffic and pedestrian related gear. They don't wire houses.
The absolute worst customer experience. Their customer service absolutely SUCKS! They wired the house I moved into prior to me moving in. I signed a 2 year service contract and paid them when I moved in. I have had so many issues with the systems. And they don't respond. Emails, calls, texts...NOTHING. You have other choices. Do NOT use this company!!!
