If I was allowed to give a 0 star rating or -5 I would. The service after 7pm sucks and they will definitely show you they’re want to clock out by 8pm because they will rush, skip tests, or try to convince you not to get certain tests done. I highly suggest going to another location or scheduling for an earlier time if possible instead of an appointment for 7pm or later

My wife took my son in Tuesday afternoon due to horrible diarrhea, fever, and extreme lethargy. They didn't seem to think it was a big deal and recommended fluids and ibuprofen. He went home and only started getting worse. We rushed him to the emergency room the next day (Wednesday) and they immediately got him on fluids before admitting him to the hospital, due to metabolic acidosis. I took my son in after hours to get his nose looked at due to football. His nose swelled immediately and was bleeding. I called around to different locations to see if they had xray machines. I was told the Ray Rd location did and that he would be seen to come by. We arrived was taken back and the Dr refused the xray. I would have went to a different provider if I would have known this.
