I was a “walk in” patient yesterday. Sat in the waiting room for over 50 minutes. Receptionist said they had to take people with appointments first. Understandable. I was out of time so I made an appointment for the next day and left. Today I arrived 14 minutes early for my appointment at 1:00 PM. I can't recall when I've been so ill. Yesterday at the urging of my out of State, family, I went to NextCare Urgent Care, for help. From receptionist to nurse to Physicians Assistant, I was well cared for and I felt all. were interested in my well being. I sincerely believe, when we feel so ill it's difficult to function, and the Medical Staff shows they "care", it makes a big difference! Thank you NextCare, for having a kind and caring staff at your Prescott Valley, Urgent Care facility!
I have received care at the SE 29th Street, Del City location 3 times in the last 2 years. The staff is wonderful; I really appreciate the nursing staff as well as the physicians. It is so easy to check in on line so the wait is not so long. When you are ill or injured this is important.

I had a very bad toothache and was 10 days away from my dental appointment. I was able to be seen by Cynthia Reilly PAC very quickly. She was very helpful as was all the staff I encountered there. I can't tell how much I appreciate them.
My son has the flu and they rested him rapidly and with wonderful care and compassion. The Dr and staff were so efficient and answered all my questions. They even called in his prescription to the pharmacy of my choice so upon arrival the medication was ready for pick up
