Did not do a physical exam, and was not listening to what was being said. We were referred to them by our primary physician and they told us that we should have just gone there vs to them.
I had been there in the past and they did great then getting me seen and taken care of. I returned this time due to feeling very ill again over a weekend. I made the appointment online and selected I wanted an in person visit (I live 45 minutes from here but it was my only option). I opted for in person due to feeling very congested and I wanted a physician to listen to my lungs. As a nurse it’s always hard to admit when you need care. I trust NextCare for my needs when I can’t see my primary care. I can say the care is always top notch for me. I did as instructed and starting to feel better.
I would definitely give zero stars if I could. I don't know what has happened, but this place in Derby, Ks has gone down hill. I think the red headed receptionist probably doesn't know what she is doing because each time I have came in with a scheduled appointment that I have a confirmation email on, she says she doesn't see it. She's was extremely rude to my 7yr old daughter, And I'm pretty sure it's because I kept making comments on how I cant believe how long we have been waiting.. so instead of saying something to me, li... read more
