Everyone there was really nice. Making a same day appointment was easy and my son was seen quickly They throughly checked my son out and actually gave him medication. A lot of places will just tell you to take over the counter meds and let it run its coarse. As a nurse, I am not one to run my child to the dr(especially an Urgent Care) if I think he has something that will run it's coarse. Very pleased with NextCare. PA was great.
The doctors and nursing staff are great, but the receptionist on my visit will potentially violate your HIPAA Rights in a heartbeat and when you say you feel it’s a violation, she will just roll her eyes and say, “oh well”. But what do you do when that’s your only option that day for non-emergency room necessary care?
