Didn’t even make it past reception. Went in for a swollen mass on my upper thigh and was told that the doctor “doesn’t do that” and I should go see an obgyn. Even though I had clarified this mass was on my thigh. I felt that this receptionist was severely unprofessional, rude and lacking the wherewithal to be compassionate towards a patient. As well as making it seem as though this gynecological issue that didn’t even exist was gross. 🤷🏻♀️
Called here and asked what time they stopped taking patients. The lady on the phone told me at 8 and that as long as I showed up before 8 I would be fine. Crawled out of bed and made it by 7:22 and the lady in the front tells me they aren’t taking anymore walk ins. I told her I had just called and she said “it doesn’t matter we’ve already hit capacity”. What a waste of time. Avoid this place at all costs. Very rude and inconsiderate.
The dr. Did a pretty great job. I thought i had the flu she figured it out to be A UTI. I got an antibiotic shot which helped but was never given a prescription for antibiotics. I am a truck driver an can't make another dr appt for about 2 weeks hope this holds out..Will update this later when I see how it works out
