My experience was deeply concerning. While the medical assistant was exceptionally kind and compassionate, the provider I saw was dismissive and unprofessional. I was being seen for dog bite wounds, and to my shock, the provider did not even examine or clean the wounds. Instead, she offered an unsolicited and inappropriate opinion about my dog, stating I shouldn't "put down or be a murderer of a dog." I was in and out so quickly. The whole staff is nice and super friendly. Ashlyn and Amanda are amazing and Dr Kathy Baxter is literally the best. Highly recommend this place 🩷
All staff was nice and friendly. Dr was very efficient and listened to me when discussing my symptoms. I would recommend this urgent care facility to friends and family.
I was a walk-in, got in right away . The staff was very helpful , and cheery The Dr was very thorough Atmosphere very calming and clean Took my Medicare. Will be going back ( But hopefully not soon)
The Staff is absolutely fantastic and very professional!
