Doctor was rude, condescending and unhelpful. I was rushed out of there because they were very busy.
Was checking to get a covid test but was told to schedule for walk in cause there were no appts available online. Got to the location and called the number from the vehicle and talked to a Kimberly. She said to book online and get registered. I had told her the online site said that to do for walk ins and she rudely said well that can change and we dont have anymore tests and to register on Thursday to see to schedule for Friday and hung up on me. Wow! This has always been my go to place when I can’t get in to see my doc. I made my appointment at 8:00 am for the 3:30 slot. On my way there I called to tell them I was minutes away and they said to call them when I arrived. When I arrived they told me that there was a two hour wait!!! I had received an text message at 2:40 to remind me to be 10 minutes early, but why if they couldn’t see me for another 2 hours!!! The receptionist told me it was because it was a walk in facility. We had a wonderful experience here! Dr. Paquette and the staff were super friendly and treated us with great care. And the wait time was very minimal!!! We will definitely be coming here in the future for all of our after-hours medical needs.

I waited with my two children for over an hour only to be told that the doctor isn't feeling well & that I'll need to wait for another doctor to arrive in order to be seen!!! I'll NEVER go there again! I do not recommend this place!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
Quick care, very helpful. Understanding
Today was my first time at this clinic and I will never go anywhere else moving forward. Everyone was kind and friendly from the moment I walked through the door until I left. The doc and staff were all super helpful and effective. Also I hope they pay “Lisa” the big bucks. ;) Giving an injection and swabbing for a flu test is never fun for anyone but couldn’t have been done better!
