Last night March 15th went to Next care in Rio Rancho Nm 538. I had severe back pain waited almost 3 hrs nurse came in or doctor whoever she was I knew I had. Shingles but I couldn't see it on my back. I tried to tell her that was going on and I also had a yeast infection under my breast before I could even get that out she said I. NextCare has facilities in Prescott. The hitch is they aren't open after hours. My husband accidentally cut himself with a power saw on a Saturday afternoon. Every NextCare phone I called in Prescott and Prescott Valley was a phone tree loop that ended with office closed. Ultimately, he went to the YRMC ER. 4-hour wait. There are no urgent care centers open after hours in Prescott.

First visit, came in for a work injury. Arrived before they opened. Was second person to admittance window. All went okay, at first, when I told them it was my first visit there. But in asking about the need to fill out certain forms, was treated brusquely and with indifference. At that time, I began to get the feeling like I was being treated like livestock.
