This location required a shuttle ride when picking up the car, but was able to drop off the car at the airport upon completion very easily. The car was clean and fuel efficient. This is a good option for travelers.
Our experience was worse than horrible!!! The Nextcar website advertised that it was located at Sandford FL Airport. A shuttle driver picked us up and drove 15 minutes away from the airport to their "office" in an abandoned shopping center. Our rental was prepaid. The man Jamie demanded my credit card to charge an additional $200. After 20 minutes of arguing I asked that he just return us to the airport. I've never been in such a sketchy situation!! NEVER EVER USE NEXTCAR!!!!!!
Be warned that you will pay an extra $200 when you arrive. This charge is for insurance that they seem to find a loophole fir every customer (we had others in our party who also rented from them) if only we would have read all these reviews, we would have saw this and the long wait time to full out papers and get to this business. It is unfortunate that businesses like this can continue to take advantage of people. Next time we will use a service out of the airport and avoid this place completely!
The following details were not made apparent to me at the time of booking. The rental company showed their address as at the airport, but it wasn't. It was a distance from the airport. They did arrange for pickup and delivery though. The sales person charged me for insurance with out asking if I had insurance. When I questioned him, he asked what company.
