Never use this rental company. I rented from branch in Puerto Rico that gave me a roach infested car. I mean thousands of roaches plus the car was dented and scratched all over it. Return it same day they said they give me my refund in 3-5 business days it has now been five weeks no refund. Repeated emails with corporate and the only update I get is that they are reviewing the case.
We returned the rental car 2 hours before it was due back, once home and looked at our credit card we were charged for returning the car two hours late, which would be impossible for us to have done as we were 30,000 feet in the air at the time they say we returned the car. Trying to get a refund of the money they stole is proving to be very difficult, would not recommed using them.
Sam and jasmin are really kind and helpful. I appreciate all the help and patience. Give them a rise! They deserve it!
Great customer service and car was very clean and in excellent condition. Both times I have rented have exceeded my expectations. Drop off is easy and quick. Also, one of the most reasonably priced options for the amount of time rented as compared to other companies. Highly recommend.
NEVER RENT from this company again, and I STRONGLY URGE others to THINK TWICE. The “savings” weren’t worth it. Go with reputational companies instead!! THE most frustrating and upsetting experiences with this rental company. We had reserved an SUV in advance, but when we arrived, we were told none were available due to recalls.
