I have been going intermittently to Jonathan at Next Wave for a couple of years and he has been super helpful. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and professional, but Jonathan has helped clear up each one of my "body issues" that I have gone to him for. Including, most recently, my knee in which I was getting constant nerve pain triggered by the lightest touch and I about to return to the Drs for stronger medical intervention. Rushil's physio exercise rehab has been invaluable leading up to knee surgery. I'm day 1 after surgery & feeling very grateful for his guidance in building my muscle strength and education about my injury. Also having Jonathan to give Specialist Physio Advice was amazing. More rehab to follow but feeling confident about the future. Thanks Rushil and Jonathan! Such a great physio team:)
When I first connected to Next Wave I was using a walking stick, due to debilitating sciatica and lower back chronic pain. At the time I considered surgery. Thankfully this became completely unnecessary due to Johnathan and his team. Pilates, deep muscle therapies and Acupuncture have seen me throw the walking stick away and with regular Pilates sessions I am pain free.
Rushil was amazing with my daughter, he had a structured and measured approach, gave clear exercises with the help of app and tapered treatment as she improved. I'm very impressed with Rushil and would recommend him to others with hypermobility issues.
Thank you Next Wave for the Fall Prevention workshop for the Stay on Your Feet program. Invaluable.
