I’m An exceptional physiotherapist and a tly lovely person! When I first saw him, my neck was so stiff and painful that I could barely move my head. The improvement has been incredible: my range of motion increased from 35 to 60 degrees, and I can now tilt my head back and look at the ceiling—something I couldn’t do before. I came to Jonathan at Next Wave Therapy four months ago having suffered a back injury in February of this year. I had a very limited range of movement, poor tolerance for both sitting and standing and high levels of pain that were negatively impacting on my quality of life. I started out working with Lisa for my neck and shoulder arthritis issues. Lisa was brilliant. Certainly knows her stuff. She gave me a gym program to work with as not to stress the neck and daily exercises. It's has helped with my over-active neck muscles. I transitioned to group sessions with Kyu who I see weekly to learn how to exercise my muscles properly without engaging the ones causing the neck tightness. Over all a great physio service. And always a nice greeting from the receptionist.
Rushil is absolutely fantastic physiotherapist. He has a great understanding of hypermobility and hEDS, which made me feel very validated and I knew I was on the right path. Super knowledgeable guy who is clearly passionate about his job. Thank you Rushil for all your help for the past few months.
