Next Wave Fitness is a GREAT gym!! Loretta & Debbie are FANTASTIC instructors-always encouraging & motivating everyone in the class!! I found a place I’m really comfortable & workout classes that I love. It feels great being fitter & stronger - it’s helped my own confidence a lot in how I feel everyday!
Just retired in June and joined Next Wave Fitness after not being in a gym since Covid closed where I went. The classes are what I was looking for, challenging yet everyone could be at a different level. Loretta and Debbie put their heart into motivating and training their members, great group of people. Safe and clean environment
NWF is an amazing gym, not only a gym but a friendly place where everyone is welcome. Experienced or not you will love it! Debbie and Loretta are the best trainers out there!
