This isn’t just another car wash like all the others, this is THE car wash to go to. I have never seen such great customer service! They scrub the front and back of the vehicle as well as the mirrors before it goes in the wash which is huge to me because on a pickup truck the tailgate never gets cleaned with a normal drive in wash. Better than Bluewave. Ask for Ed the manager he came and checked on guest 5 star for that! They give you towels, windex., vinyl spray and has mat cleaning stations! $14 special for premium was. And $35 hand-wash and wax special. The place is amazing
I went to NEXT Wash Auto Spa and the place was awesome. I have never been to a car wash where my car was so clean after it was done and the vacuum cleaners suck the rugs out your car. I didn’t have to touch my windows. I spoke with the manager, Jose Escobar and told him how great his teams customer service was. The moment I arrived, I was greeted and the place is immaculately clean! I will be doing all my vehicles here, and sharing my experience with all my friends. This is by far the best car wash in Katy.

Not from this area. Newbies from San Antonio. We pulled in and began vacuuming as we like to clean the inside first. As we're cleaning the "Manger" comes up to us to scold us and says we needed to pay for a wash first. Um sir, how did you know we weren't going to wash afterwards? You just assumed. I didn't know I needed to wash my car in a specific order?! This interaction completely turned me off to doing business here. Not to mention they have signs that advertise "Free Vacuum and Free Air Check".
