Gwen was very communicative and well organized, Dwayne was great to chat with because he had a great idea about another way to get me what I need saving me both time and money, Melvin did absolutely fantastic work on my equipment and returned it packaged extremely well and went above and beyond supporting the implementation of new equipment.
