Horrible experience. I ordered 3 trailers from them. They are professionals at giving the “run around” and flat out lying. They delivered 6 months behind schedule and were horrible communicators as well. The worst part is that they cannot provide any titles or registration. They keep telling me that it’s at UPS and then they will bring it to my address personally but this has been the same run around for 3 months now. Fast assistance with my gooseneck trailer. It took the “after-hours mechanic 15 minutes to arrive at their shop to help me. They replaced my leaf spring and hub. The studs on the hub were completely stripped. It took him 1.5 hours to get me back on the road.
Huge shoutout to John and Robert at Next Trailer. Big Tex told me I could be looking at $1,000+ or waiting weeks for warranty approval, and they didn’t even have the parts in stock if I wanted to pay out of pocket. I needed this done ASAP so I headed over to Next Trailer & John and Robert diagnosed the problem, showed me exactly what failed, had the parts on hand, and got me back on the road in about an hour & on a Friday afternoon at 4pm.
