Bill, the owner and Prosthetist is the best…always responsive to the needs of the client, makes it right the first time… & for the occasions that adjustments are required, he gets it done quickly and built to last! I can’t say enough good things about him or this business! So many people are walking again after devastating injuries…. His hand made braces and legs are everywhere, allowing people to resume living their best lives again!

I used to believe they were very customer service oriented, but my last few experiences there have been miserable. The women who work the office are lovely, but John the orthotist has been curt and rude, lately. He has ignored my requests for specific adjustments. The last set of knee braces I received were accidentally ordered IN A CHILD'S SIZE and he told me to lose weight, rather than apologizing for the mistake and ordering the correct brace.
