Great response time, great communication, great work, but most importantly he is honest. I troubleshooted the issues I was having with my brother who works in hvac a few states away and he told me that the issue I was having was a simple capacitor issue. I found Next Gen through google search and they were able to come out the same day. Very professional, called 15 minutes before arrival, and diagnosed and fixed the problem within an hour. Did not try to upsell anything and only charged $125. 5/5 would recommend.
I have found Kevin responsive and very communicative. He and his team work well together to do the job efficiently and with as little disruption (whole-house water outage) as possible. He has a way of thinking ahead and acting now to simplify any related work which might occur in the future. Very satisfied.
Both Kevin and Amanda are very professional, courteous and knowledgeable when it comes to installing HVAC systems. It's not easy being a small business trying to compete with the big companies but they are on their way to becoming the go to place here in Cambridge.
