RecommendedJack works miracles. I went from 20 years in a wheelchair for anything outside of my house, to walking a 5K. My world is so much bigger thanks to Jack and Judy. If you are a chronic pain patient, he wont blow you out of the water by pushing too hard too fast. I cant thank him enough for the life I now have.

Went for my evaluation today and I am really excited about getting started on my knee rehab.
I was so comfortable here and was happy with the one on one care. Judy at the front desk was pleasant & Dr. Jack was very knowledgeable about my care. I'm glad I found this place.
Dr. McIntosh provides professional one on one physical therapy in a relaxed atmosphere. Best physical therapist in the area!
Very caring therapist. Great and friendly staff. Love the ONE on ONE treatment, not like a gym atmosphere. Would recommend to all.
