I am amazed by Mike, Maggie, and Olivia!!! I had an amputation last April and the way that I have been supported by this shop is above and beyond. If I have a question they are a text away! If I need an adjustment I just pop in! It’s such a relief. Not only are they available, they are a wealth of knowledge about camps and grants and support!!! I love they’re support group and get a ton from it

I love Next Step Prosthetics. They have had a hand in my recovery from nearly day one and have worked with me to provide the best solutions for my prosthetic. Their visit policies are unbelievably lenient and they will make time to see you if you are having issues. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable during the process of getting your prosthetic. I visited Next Step in Flagstaff. I was greeted and welcomed. I explained my need for arch support in a pair of shoe inserts and that I had plantar fascists in one foot. They took me thru the process and 2 weeks later I had my inserts. They have been an incredible success in correcting my pain. In fact, I ordered a second pair and just got them today.
