I am amazed by Mike, Maggie, and Olivia!!! I had an amputation last April and the way that I have been supported by this shop is above and beyond. If I have a question they are a text away! If I need an adjustment I just pop in! It’s such a relief. Not only are they available, they are a wealth of knowledge about camps and grants and support!!! I love they’re support group and get a ton from it
Next Step is an amazing operation! The staff are AMAZING and VERY compassionate, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend them!
I love Next Step Prosthetics. They have had a hand in my recovery from nearly day one and have worked with me to provide the best solutions for my prosthetic. Their visit policies are unbelievably lenient and they will make time to see you if you are having issues. The staff are fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed and comfortable during the process of getting your prosthetic.
