Travis and his team are amazing! I lost my leg in April 2024 and have been working with Travis since the beginning. Travis is very easy to talk to, listens attentively to any concerns I had, and is very accommodating. Travis and his team go out of there way to ensure their clients have a wonderful experience. I hope to be able to be able to continue to work with Next Step prosthetics for years to come!
Travis and his staff are the best prosthetic team I have been around. They are all personable and really listen to what the patient wants to accomplish. They always make time for their patients and make sure that you have what you need when you need it. Without Next Step Prosthetics, I would not be able to be a competitive adaptive golfer. As long as I live in the Charlotte, NC area I will always have Travis, Jon, and Emily be my preferred choice.

John and Travis at Next Step made my entire process from amputation to delivery of my prosthetic as good as it could have possibly been. They really care about their patients and it shows. They showed genuine concern for me and worked hard to get me the prosthetic I needed. Before that they did my wound care and once again I felt genuinely cared about. I wasn't just a number to them.
