Really thankful for the service they provided. I needed to do early ultrasound to rule out miscarriage and Barbara, the nurse was very kind and professional throughout the appointment.
I wanted to share a positive experience I had with the Next Step Pregnancy Services. A friend recommended them, and during my visit, they generously provided me with a wonderful collection of new baby items, including a large supply of diapers and baby wipes, as well as a voucher for a baby photoshoot. Unfortunately, when I tried to use the photoshoot voucher, the photographer contacted me to say she was unwell, so I wasn't able to schedule it. My wife and I went here for an initial pregnancy test and an ultrasound appointment. Both Carrie and Barbara were incredibly kind and helpful. They taught us what to expect, showed us a to scale model of what the baby looks like at this stage, answered all our questions and even left a phone number for anything that may come up. While in the waiting room, we also saw many people donating things like diapers. The whole place feels like a small community where expecting and early parents can come to help each other out.
