If you are looking for a true Therapist, look no further. Jake listens,understands and is compassionate about your situation. I've been to alot of therapists (mostly horrible experiences) and Jake by far is the real deal. If you are in need of a therapist especially if an athlete, look no further. Jake is the man. Just talking to Jake you can tell he loves what he does. He actually loves helping people get better and healthy. Thank you for everything you do for your patients. You truly are one of a kind!!
I had a lesser known type of tendon problem. I saw 7 PT's between 3 practices, and spent a few thousand to get nowhere. Jake had me on a program the first visit that ultimately fixed my problem. His understanding is very broad with his sports background, and the experience truly shows. He was up front and honest about timeline estimates and expectations, and was always there if I needed more help. I cannot recommend him enough. THANK YOU!
I had Jake as my PT through a knee and an ankle surgery. He was equally capable and knowledgeable about both surgeries, and was able to push me in my recovery while at the same time making sure I was comfortable and not worried about getting injured again. I would highly recommend Next Step.
