So much better than Jaco! I went back to my surgeon and asked for a new referral to a better place and they sent me to John and the Team at Next Step. The treatment is personalized and very effective. They do manual stretching, heat pack and muscle stem each time and some exercises they make sure you know how to do correctly after you leave.
