I have had an overall positive experience with Dr. Nickson. I had been to other orthopedics that just blamed my weight and arthritis on my knee pain, but I knew that it was something else, and thanks to Dr.Nickson he quickly figured that out to and actually listened and cared. The staff is also great and the NP is a doll. 10-10 I would definitely recommend. I did have a situation however after my surgery that had me a lil frustrated. Dr. Nickson is the best! I chose him because he’s young, Black, had great Google reviews—and he did not disappoint!! He thoroughly reviewed my images before and after surgery, unlike my previous orthopedic office. Dr. Nickson is knowledgeable, skilled, personable, patient, and funny. PA Shannon and the front office staff are also very kind and professional.
I had a wonderful interaction with Dr. Nickson and his staff. He was very informative and took extra time to listen to my concerns, which I really appreciate. I’m looking forward to working with him to get my knee pain alleviated. Thank you so much Dr. Nickson and team :)
I had ankle surgery with Dr. Nickson and I couldn’t be happier with the care I received. He and his team are kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their patients. Before surgery, Dr. Nickson took the time to speak with me and my husband, giving us comfort and confidence. His skill and compassion are unmatched. During my follow ups Shannon the PA took a good care of me. If you have a complicated ankle or knee issue, I highly recommend Dr. Nickson and his staff.
