Paul was so friendly and informative when working with my son and I. Everyone was definitely covid-aware and safe. It was painless.
My daughter had a foot brace fitting on January 19th which staff gave an ETA of 2-3 weeks. For the past week I have been trying to speak with someone since it’s been 3 weeks and no one reached out. Staff has provided terrible assistance over email/phone calls. Super unprofessional and careless on providing information regarding the delivery date of a brace that my daughter depends on for walking. I had an appointment in December to get my son fitted for orthotics. They’ve since canceled3 times and he still has not received them. Next appointment is scheduled for APRIL. He was fitted in DECEMBER. That’s too long and I feel like why even try at this point. Long wait times and poor communication. Go elsewhere.
