Boris and his team went above & beyond on a very complicated project to replace my aging/very inefficient HVAC system with a Bosch cold-climate heat pump. He came back several times to make sure everything was working properly and made time to explain how to properly operate this advanced system. I have been using NextStep for all of my heating and cooling repair/maintenance and installation for many years. They are reliable, responsive, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and really great at their job. I have been happy with all of the work they have done for me. The most recent was a new furnace installation. They completed the job quickly and were very neat and respectful of me working in my home during the install. The price was very competitive and their work was great. I would recommend them every time.
