Thorough efficient and fast. Everything went like clockwork and everyone that I encountered had a positive attitude. A big shout out to the front desk receptionist. She was so helpful and pleasant to work with. She was really the driving force for me to even try this location to begin with.
I took my 90+ year old parents to the Bridgeton, Mo. location to have their toe nails clipped. I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness to my parents. Mom has Alzheimer’s and the experience could have gone badly quickly but Dr. Hawthorne was so patient and kind that we were able to get Mom's toe nails clipped without incident. I have since recommended this clinic to several family members. My sister has recommended them to a friend for her elderly Mom.
