Terrible doctor , showed up late to 3 appointments in a row , gave me a boot too big for my foot , showed up inna hoodie eating food with eye boogers to take my stitches out , the list goes on forever , for your time and safety find a different doctor .
My son hurt his ankle at a soccer game, looked everyone for a doctor that would be available right away, and then saw that Dr. Albert was local near me, so I called (even though his office was closed), he still called me back and took the time to see my son immediately. He treated him and took care of him. Loved his urgency and care, super sweet and professional. THANK YOU for taking care of my soccer kid! he is doing great now because of your care!!!!!!!
Very personable and easy to contact. I've never had a doctor who I felt like I can just text at any time with a question, but Dr Al is that chill.
The numbing for the ingrown toenail procedure was almost unbearable. Have had the same procedure done elsewhere and it was no where near as painful. That being said, I appreciate the flexible appointment times the doctor provided.
Next Step Foot and Ankle LLC is a very nice practice. It is a comfortable environment that is nice and warm inside. The owner of this practice is very considerate with time and has you in and out. I called today about an ingrown toenail that has been bothering me for quite some time, in less than 20 minutes he took my ingrown out and the unbearable pain is gone. I recommend this practice if you’re having any kind of foot or ankle pain!
