I was supposes to take 14 classes an MRT class every Tuesday and I finally done all my treatment and all my classes to be told they only show 12 completed Laura Jr told me this. They don't pick up the phone or answer your emails. Now they want 2 more classes out of me. Another counselor is sick and out and two classes we had she was not there (not her fault) . Is this place even a thing anymore? Ive been trying to get my license back for years in a different state... But everytime I call the court they said they never got my completion certificate faxed over... now when I even try to contact its sent to a bingo website...tf is going on..?
PLEASE DO NOT TRY TO RESOLVE YOUR DUI TREATMENT WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE RUDE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE I PAYED FOR 10 CLASSES AND THEY SAID I ONLY DID 6 AND THEY HAD NO RECORD EBVEN THOUGH I HAD EVERYTHING WRITTEN DOWN SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!
If I could give this place zero stars, I wouldn't even give it that. Super rude and unresponsive staff. Do not waste a dime with them, you will get nowhere.
