Mitchell is great! I didn’t realize I could have so much improvement and mobility after just one session. 😊 He takes the time to drill into what I need worked on and then demonstrates exercises and stretches that I can do to keep my pain and inflexibility from coming back. Highly recommend!
I recently started seeing Mitchell because of some nagging issues in my shoulder and knee. After just 2 sessions I am pain free and have increased mobility and range of motion. Mitchell takes the time to listen to your concerns and address them. I highly recommend him!
When I met Mitchell I was struggling with loss of mobility in my shoulder, clicking noise and numbness in the area. After a session with him that included corrections to my weight lifting technique I have regained mobility and no longer have pain. He has a firm and reassuring presence when helping clients.
