Bought a used Ducati from them over the WEB and had the bike shipped. They assured me the bike had been mechanically checked over but once it arrived there were a number of minor issues: the chain was way too tight, the brakes had water in the line, oil was dirty, and worst of all: the bike was delivered with only one key. Absolutely horrible customer service, Kirk and Chase will lie to you about certain stuff to close the deal! Stay away from that business and shop somewhere else!
Bike broke down shortly after purchase. Dealership refused to fix. Very rude staff, especially Kirk Miller. This guy is a straight asshole. Avoid this dealership at all cost, they sell junk!
Absolutely horrible customer service. Slow calling me back, not willing to work out a deal, rude employees. This dealership was not willing to go beyond the small amount of banks they use to get a deal done. I was working with Kirk Miller so you guys know who stay away from. I will keep writing reviews every single week so people know to look elsewhere for their next bike. This dealership is shady!
While surfing F/B, I kept seeing Next Rides bikes. A nice 2010 XL883 Iron, 2k miles, 5400.00, caught my eye. I was riding a bulky,loaded,Yamaha 1100. Great bike but getting difficult to maneuver in tight spots,backing up at events etc.I kept looking at this Iron & decided to go look at it. Derrick was my sales person.
