This place sucks. Mosquitoes, snakes, coyotes. Refineries lighting up the sky so you can't sleep. Short term renters throwing massive parties. Pile drivers hammering away at 7:00 am. Horrible I tell you, horrible.
The bathroom has a peculiar scent.
ZERO star rating but had to pick 1 to post! We bought a brand new beach house from "next". We've had numerous issues, from basic tile floor installation stains to roof leaks and faulty/dangerous electrical problems, etc. Travis has repeatedly failed to fully address ANY of the problems and we've been moved in for over 60 days now! Buyers beware; DO NOT buy from this company unless you want problems that won't get resolved!
