Was reminded of an experience I had when this group was on 104. Took a baseball glove in for a repair. I wasn’t able to return for several months, and when I did, even with my receipt, acted like I never existed and accused me of lying and that I had already picked up the glove. The attitude altogether left me thinking they lost the glove or sold it and couldn’t admit it. If you know the type you know what I’m getting at.
Drove 35 mins to arrive at the private lesson I scheduled for my son two weeks ago to try out this training center. Received a text from the trainer when we pulled in the parking lot 10 mins before the lesson that he had to reschedule the lesson because he had practice. When I called and asked which days are better to reschedule for he told me that he’s not sure because the schedule changes every week (even though you can schedule times on line every day of the week).
