My first appointment with Dr Wilson was very comfortable. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr Wilson also spent much time listening to my concerns and taking actions to get the ball rolling.
My partner had a great experience here but the multiple times I’ve called to make an appointment for my daughter no one ever picks up, the voicemail I’m diverted to is full and the silly Machine Learning voice prompt system doesn’t work at all. If I can’t make an appointment reliably there’s no point coming here sadly. Seems like they’re understaffed the the poor staff are working hard as they can.
I highly recommend the Grove Medical centre. The doctor was empathetic, caring and highly skilled, especially in the area of women's health. The practice is an exemplary model of person centred care with warm, friendly staff.

My parents had an appt today that was cancelled due to the dr being sick. We appreciate that people get sick, but they drove up from the country, reception knows this, and no effort was made at all about trying to squeeze them in while in Perth. A 5 hour drive wasted, no care from reception or attempt to squeeze them in, no offer of a call if there is a cancelled appt just shut straight down!
