Patient advocates are very helpful and supportive. The doctors I have dealt with are helpful, professional and friendly. All in all, the Grove Medical centre is an excellent provider of medical services.
The patient advocates at Grove Medical Centre are extremely helpful, polite and will go out if their way to accommodate you. Both the Doctors and Nurses are genuinely supportive and interested in what you have to say. Having Telehealth is a quick and easier way for general advice and repeat prescriptions. I had been at my other practice for 18 years or so but for some reason they had to close temporarily. I found Grove Medical Centre and am pleased I found a comprehensive medical facility.
I was searching for a new GP practice and I was recommended Grove Vic Park by a colleague. Booking an appointment was very straighforward, the staff was very welcoming and assisted me both before and after the visit. The environement is very inclusive. I’m happy to share with other’s . The professional skills that one receives when visiting the Nurses Station at Grove Medical Victoria Pk. The girls were a social uniform of colour and expression. It’s so reassuring in receiving treatment from them. The front desk when entering the clinic.
