Imagine calling to follow up on some blood test results and being told to book a time for a phone call to get the results. You get the call, it lasts a few minutes, you're told "no issues", then you are billed for a $105 appointment. I've found some doctors here of exceptional experience but this latest experience has been incredibly disappointing and greedy. An amazing clinic with absolutely fabulous staff. I have been visiting this practise for several years now and have always recieved the highest level of care. Cannot speak highly enough of all the amazing doctors, nurses and reception staff.
Incredible doctors and service at Grove medical. Have seen Erin a few times now and am so impressed by the treatment and follow through. Edit: forgot to add that the reception crew are also exceptional, absolutely lovely every time I come in.
All the staff are so friendly and genuinely care for you. Also the atmosphere of the waiting area is very welcoming and calming.
