Very organised, clam and clean practice. GP’s show care in patients and staff are lovely.
I had an appointment booked for some months. I work as a critical indecent MHW and was working the afternoon and night callout. I received a text telling me to call them to confirm appointment . I was unable to call and break was after their closing time . I woke up to a text advising my appointment had bern cancelled . These are very greedy doctors. They are all about the money. I Do not recommend.
While the clinic and reception can have some technical issues, overall Next Practice offer a lovely, inclusive service, with an incredible team of staff. I especially recommend Dr Janelle Hall, who has been helping me with my hormones and medical troubles for the past 3 years. She's so supportive, and will go out of her way to make sure you're getting the most comfortable medical attention possible!
