I went to warehouse on 22 august 2024 at 5.00am as a temp worker. Worked there for 1 hr then the supervisor came for the written test that went on 1 hr. Then i was sent back to the floor with other canditates after 30 minutes. Supervisor cameback told me and other guys to go home.He said we didnt pass the test"lies". If I could, I would give zero stars! I was delayed at the border waiting on customs clearance overnight because of a paperwork problem. I missed my appointment time, but I was told to get there asap. I arrived at 2 pm just when they're received dept closed. I was met by the staff, and I explained why I was late. Showed them proof when I received my ACI to cross. This place is a horror to work at, the carts and crates are all safety hazards due to being damaged equipment, as well skids are not put away in a safe manner, sometimes not even wrapping the Skids and risking personal safety, this place is just safe enough for people to work, and enough for them (NEXT) to make money off of cut corners. the managers and supervisors gossip about co-workers and gossiping can be considered a common theme at this workplace, definitely would not recommend long term.
