Very disappointed with the lack of service and no communications. I requested a quote to fix a kitchen exhaust fan and replace a broken oven light globe. A nice young fellow came out and was pleasant when determining fault. I sent an email asking to let me know about costs. That was the last I heard from them, several months ago. They were prompt in forwarding the invoice in excess of $100, so effectively the replacement of the oven globe (which I supplied!) and which took about two minutes, cost in excess of $100!
