Just wanted to share my review of Next Level Urgent Care Stevens Ranch by the Popeyes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Very clean. The staff are so very nice, including those at the front desk. They are very nice to kids. You can get in line before you arrive. My provider PA-C Blanca Mueller was amazing. Listened to my concerns, very caring and gave sound medical advice. I went to urgent CARE on Potranco the best CARE I have had in ages. Amanda and Jessica are the great nurses I have ever had they made me feel very comfortable and took very good care of me as much pain as I was in they were great. The entire staff here is so wonderful and compassionate. I am traveling through Texas alone right now and got really REALLY sick. I couldn't leave my bed for a couple of days and then finally made it in to see Dr Moreno. He was very upfront about my diagnosis and warned me about waiting too long to seek treatment (he definitely has Dad vibes which made me feel very comfortable and confident in his treatment!) and the medicine he prescribed has me feeling better already. Great customer service and support. They treated me well and with respect. The doctor and nurse staff were extremely helpful.
I tried to go here for a simple visit, my insurance copay is 50 dollars for urgent care, they tried to bill me 190.
