We are from out of town and our 6 year old daughter had a run in with the bleachers last night! The receptionist was super helpful, Rachel was so kind in getting all of the pre-check processes done and AJ was absolutely amazing…2 stitches later and we are so glad we decided to go in!

Love this urgent care and all the kind people there. During Covid I tested positive, was having a little trouble breathing and couldn’t find a doctor or urgent care to treat me. Next level said they would see me and they did a chest xray, gave me steroids, antibiotics and an inhaler. A few days and all better. I’ve twice tried an urgent care by my house for injuries and both times they said nope; go to the emergency room so I did. I was pleaseantly surprised with the attentiveness and compassion of the care team. Everyone in the facility was eager to help and cheerful. Definitely will recommend this facility to anyone who needs an urgent care.
THANK YOU to this urgent care for being so great and attentive. I tend to kind of have an aversion to seeking any kind of medical help because it feels like every time I do I am not actually heard and just feel like someone is trying to make a quick buck off of me.
