This clinic has come a long way. I visited 2 years ago, and did not have a good experience. Since then I have been several times with my kiddos, and for myself (today), and all have been good experiences. The staff is truly stellar. They are welcoming, and eager to assist patients. The facility is clean and neat. I definitely recommend this clinic to anyone not requiring ER services. Reminder to always schedule via their app to streamline the appointment, and waiting process.

We came in at 8:30pm needing a sports physical for my kid. With 30min to close we were greeted us with a warm hello and I apologized for coming in late and she said it was no problem. The sweet front desk lady (I’m sorry I forgot her name) helped me check in efficiently and was so helpful and so kind! I was in I think it was a total of four times for a work related injury. I didn’t get the wonderful doctor’s name that attended to me. I should have asked him his name as to confirm. He told me the first time I met him, but it’s my fault for not remembering. But from the paperwork, hopefully I’m right, his name is Dr. Samuel Shek. I love this doctor! Worst experience ever, they open at 9 but they let a sales man in and had two elders outside in the hot and had no sympathy. Both gave attitude once we were inside to the confused elders. They just opened there was no need for attitude at 9am acting like they clocking into a retail sales associate job, this is URGENT CARE. Gave the latest appointment when I needed urgent care. My employer sent me here for a work related injury; so I couldn’t go to my PCP. I had an appointment for my follow up yesterday at 3, it was packed and I left after waiting an hour because I had to get back to work. I rescheduled for today which was my day off at 3 and was seen after an hour and a half long wait. The staff is phenomenal but the lack of them is a problem.
