Never had a chance to find out if they were good or not. Walked in through an open door at 8:40am. Was met by a skinny guy who told me they were having a meeting and to wait outside for 20 minutes. I had been in a car accident and wasn't going to wait outside. Very abrupt and unprofessional in my opinion. People decide who stays open with their feet and mine went somewhere else.
I have an amazing service. Julie D was wonderful.
First time going in. From the front staff to the triage I felt calm when I was already nervous. I didn’t wait long and the appointment was quick. Theresa did a good job with the venipuncture and the NP Jason was professional.
No waiting at all. Chelsie, Rodrigo, Theresa and Mel were very friendly. They all answered my questions and concerns.
Always on time service for appointments. Providers and nurses are extremely kind.
