I went in this morning literally crying for help because I thought I was having a stroke. I was turned away and told that they were full and advised to find another location. I ended up having a medical emergency after all. Luckily, I was able to arrive safe at the next location. It was extremely heartless to be turned away while having a crisis. I am never visiting this clinic again!

i came in for an infected finger on 4/29/24 and was basically told i was fine since the infection had “popped,” was administered over the counter antibiotic cream, and sent away. no other care, prescription, or medical counseling. my infection has gotten significantly worse since then and when i revisited to address this i told the receptionist that i felt like i should have stuck up for myself on my last visit and asked for antibiotics, she then gaslit me and told me your care office is hesitant to prescribe antibiotics bec... read more

Dr. Payne is laughably deficient in people skills. Throughout the visit, she engaged in several disrespectful micro-aggressions. I am immensely displeased with her care and do not recommend her to anyone visiting this clinic. Other physicians and practitioners have been wonderful in the past, unlike Dr. Payne.
