Service was so amazing the provider, Krystal and NP and techs Julie and Rosa had great service! Not a long way at all and left feeling satisfying. I will be going back
The nurse knew the pharmacy was closing soon but still didn’t send the prescription to Walmart. We then asked for it to be sent to H-E-B, but again it wasn’t sent. We called three times and each time were told it was sent, but when we checked, it was not. In the end, my child couldn’t get the medication last night. The nurse said she was too busy, but she could have hired more help or at least given us a paper prescription. This caused a lot of stress and delay for us.
This was the most calm, organized and pleasant Urgent Care Ive ever visited. They were great with my kids.
